CAAAI New Year Greetings!

Dear Alumni, Friends and Supporters:

It’s been the best of times and the worst of times! Despite individual and collective challenges, griefs and tests of our resilience, there is still much to be thankful for, and plenty to celebrate.

During this season, we take time to reflect upon the good things we have accomplished during 2021 … like perpetuating Mr. Robert A. Pinkerton’s appeal to us to ‘give back’ and contributing $500,000. (GY) to our adopted school, Nehemiah Comprehensive, in Georgetown Guyana – the presentation was made by Advisory Board Member, Mrs. Barbara Atherly (CG); the creation of the Prayer Warriors’ Committee led by Ms. Petal Crockwell and Ms. Grace Syfox was formed after several alumni and friends requested our prayers during the pandemic; Ms. Lorna Welshman-Neblett chaired the successful Sip and Chat virtual variety concert; the altruistic donation of 20 Tablets from our Advisory Board Member, Dr. Frank L. Douglas to Nehemiah school. This gesture was done in honor of Mr. Pinkerton and on behalf of CAAAI.

I am truly humbled and most appreciative of your commitment to the mission of CAAAI.  The Advisory and Executive Boards look ahead to 2022 with hope, enthusiasm, and determination with a few requests:

  • Join CAAAI with Membershipdues of only $50. per year or you may choose to be a Supporter for $100. annually or a Patron at $250. annually. You may visit the website at caaai.org to complete the Membership Application.

Sincerely,

sig desiree deflorimont
